At Umakov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and hardware purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Umakov account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
